So i decided to wipe the PS4 after backing up stuff i set-up the PS4 then logged back in went to the PlayStation Store and it worked fine. It worked and gave me the wifi speeds I needed. The others made my wifi work but only gave me 400kbs on a 400mb internet connection. Lol. YouTube is the biggest video provider and will not be working for different reasons on occasion, although the cause could be YouTube servers going down during the more extreme events.

I tried turning it off, but the LED stayed green. I ultimately pulled the plug from behind, so it got black.
