Feb 08, 2011 · Update with BT ping issues: I'm seeing a lot of complains about it in their forums and BT are refusing to admit there are issue within their network, many people got told to turn off the devices or upgrade their package LOL ! some people are taking this further and complaining to directly to OFCOM/ emailing BT CEO about it as the broadband is unfit for streaming and gaming which is clearly Ping 29 BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test Not sure myself as to why the line is in a stabilisation period as i have been with BT Infinity for 12months and Nov 06, 2013 · BT Infinity here as well. I don't think it's port related, as we can't get to the websites. I recently had to switch away from BT's DNS servers due to an issue I had with something else; wonder if maybe my DNS settings have reset back to BTs - will check tonight. it solves my issues with a BT HUB 3 provide ADSL2, I set mss to 1452 and I can reach all the website. only one thing I can't work it out if I ping google.com from the Juniper it doesn't to be working : 8.8.8.8 woks : Ahh, you're the second person that has mentioned problems with IPv6 and the BT Business Infinity product. I've not managed to get a statement about it officially, but I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't enabled it yet. Hi, I had BT Infinity 2 installed yesterday, and all seems to be working fine. However, I am not sure I am getting the full upload speed I should be getting. speedtest.net is repeatedly showing a download speed of about 74Mbit/s and an upload speed of about 16.5Mbit/s.
